Above the 5 stars allowed! I've had my belongings stored at U-Lock It Self Storage for about ten years, and I can confidently say it’s the best storage facility around. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which has given me complete peace of mind all these years. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Tim and Mrs L. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers are taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with access, or just being a friendly face on site, their level of service is outstanding. It’s rare to find people who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they serve. The facility itself has easy access and excellent security measures in place. I’ve never had a single issue with my unit, and I know my belongings are in good hands. After a decade of being a customer, I wouldn’t dream of storing my stuff anywhere else. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and all-around awesome storage facility, U-Lock It is the place to do this. Sincerely, Alaska

I got my first unit there in 2007, and even back then, the guy was friendly and helpful. The company's been thru 3 different owners since then, and I agree that the circa 2016? owners left a LOT to be desired. Lucky for the public they didn't last long, & the current owner is MUCH better. Good CS, (thanks Lydia), grounds are clean & no break-ins for quite some time. The ONLY issue I have is the "no garbage dumping" rule. I for one would be willing to pay the extra expense for a bigger dumpster so that I could get the junk out of my unit. I DON'T have a car, so taking it to a dump station is out. Any feedback?
