U-Save Park Self Storage

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with U-Save Park Storage was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the start, the customer service was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, I was either ignored or treated rudely. The facility itself is poorly maintained — dirty, unsafe, and clearly neglected. My unit had leaks, and I was extremely worried about the safety of my belongings the entire time. Access to the storage area was unreliable, and the gates were either broken or left wide open, which is a serious security concern. On top of everything, the billing was a nightmare. I was charged hidden fees that were never explained to me, and trying to resolve the issue was met with nothing but attitude and incompetence. Save yourself the frustration and stress. There are plenty of better, more professional storage options out there. I strongly recommend avoiding U-Save Park Storage at all costs! I’ll also add photo too how this place is too bad

They found 10 ways to hell in order to charge me. I had locker emptied cleaned and inspected on July 21, 2024. I had paid through December. They would not return 5 months of unused time even though they will rent locker to someone else. I felt uncomfortable being associated with this very shady business. I'm so glad to out of the dark side, and, into the light. Every single container with clothing was full of bugs! All my clothes had to be tossed. The elevator is unsafe. Dose not work half the time. My friends would not go onto elevator for fear of being stuck in it. They charge $10 to pay your bill by debit or credit card. They try to raise the price every time the bill is due. Their contract is SHADY. Make sure you read every word, and know they will follow through with every added charge they can get away with. They make more money on added charges then they do renting lockers. I personally felt like I was dealing with a street thugs. I feel a weight lifted from by finally cutting ties with this VERY SHADY business. I will never rent a locker again.

We have been renting a large storage unit from U-Save Park Self Storage for over 3 years now. We have used 2 other facilities prior to this (both Public Storage) but this is the best experience yet. We have never had an issue with the management or staff and I appreciate that they have make improvements over the years to upgrade the large sliding doors. I have been able to take advantage of occasional promotional incentives in the past (Twins tickets!) and the communication has been upfront and clear. Definitely recommend this as a first choice for your storage needs!
