I bought units threw this facility thru Storage Treasues and had the most absolute worst experience ever! For one the facility smells like marijuana and all kinds of people hanging out by the office smoking it! I paid for my units so I can clean them out! I got them all cleaned out went back to office to collect my cleaning deposit and no one available at the office for me to collect my deposit! Called the call center for them to contact the location manager he finally contacted me me back and said he doesn't have to answer to me where he is at! So we waited for around 3 hrs to get my cleaning deposit back! Once he got there he said he doesn't have a boss and refused to give me the owners name to make a complaint on him! My advice is not to deal with this facility at all! They are sketchy individuals and was high went he returned back! Not a good way too deal with customers orto run a business!

Very helpful and communication is great! Helped me get the right size uhal truck and unit for a great price!

Our unit was broken into a couple weeks ago, two days after we moved out stuff in to it. (see photos). Latch was cut, lock was on ground. Management stated they were going to replace it, the night we reported it... yet to be replaced, and haven't heard back from them in regards to the matter; we repaired the latch ourselves; no type followup, investigation, or reviewing of tapes. Most of the time, upon arrival to the facility, the gate is open to anyone that wants to pull in....*There is "sketchy" characters coming and going all hours of the night, with people seemingly living in units. We stop by on a nightly basis to check the status of our belongings. Clearly VERY poor management; the last owners/managers were much better....
