I'm not going to lie, I hate having to "store" my belongings but since I have to I look for the best storage places in not only the services they offer but most importantly, how these storage places are managed and that's the only reason I am writing a review for this manager, Karen! Talk about efficiency, great communication and management of my storage units as if they were her own! Can't compliment Karen enough except to say, she's the reason I CHOOSE U-Stor Self Storage in Garland over other storage places - hands down!

Kara is awesome and so nice to work with. She has been very accomodating for us in transitioning to her location from another one across town. She is always very prompt with assisting me and very professional and pleasant to work with. The property is always very clean and neat. Driving through checking it all the time. I highly recommend this location for sure.
