I had units for over 10 years, over 70 units were broken into and I started hanging around closer, going into business on the adjacent property because of this. They once applied my rents for 2 units to one unit for a month or several, then told me I owed over $600 to access that unit. Another time my name was changed on my account of more than 10 years and I was locked out. I had to pay cash to get in my already paid unit with the name change. I spoke with higher ups in Indiana because one manager was fired and being investigated. The regional managers wife attacked a man calling him racial slurs, then later pulled a gun on me when I took someone else to another Ustor location I thought would be more secure from burglars. They trespassed that colored guy and attempted to steal his belongings. New management came along. I obtained another unit to place a bunch of e-bikes because burglars were attempting to target my unit. New management informed me at the end of one month that they would not be renewing my lease, when I was still paid ahead a couple months. But said I would be refunded, which I never was. I rented a truck and went to retrieve my items from the storage place, and what should have taken several hours and one trip took 4 days with the police making me leave several times, me being trespassed and having to take days off of work because they said I could only get my belongings during banking hours. I found out later that management has sold at least one of my bikes to someone but were unable to deliver. I also found out management was working with and informing the burglars of which units might have valuables. It’s recurring I have seen management rob old women of their things years earlier. Thinking it was a one time thing, because management changes so often. But it keeps happening. I have heard you can pay your rent with illicit substances from someone I find credible, but that’s hearsay and nothing I have witnessed. Also, if the alarms make you feel better, since still working business next door… I have heard alarms go off repeatedly all night long for hours at a time. I have reported it to management on the answering machine, but still it happens for a week or 2 while units are likely being burglarized. Then doesn’t happen for a while, presumably burglars are jailed or are burglarizing other places

My unit has been broken into 2 times even though the units have alarms! Prices go up all the time and light has been burned out for a long time, also drywall that was busted from unit next to mine has never been repaired.Owner/managers change all the time.Since I’ve rented in 2017 it has changed 5 times.Nicer better built and secure storage is out there.

Staff is wonderful! I wish all businesses had staff as great as this one. They go above and beyond. As long as I have storage needs this is the place that I will be.
