Incredibly inconsistent opening hours. They open way past 9am, and they have the audacity to close earlier than 5pm. There is no entry apart from the days of Monday through Saturday and the times being way after 9am and before 5pm as their operating hours are not as listed. The owners have heard our complaints and the complaints of the other renters and they DO NOT CARE to be more diligent of their own business. If I had the ability to give any value of stars, I would give negative 5 stars. We are shackled to this storage however due to all other storages being taken up.

They are honest, personable and attentive. But not nosey. They maintain a high degree of vigilance over their facility. Rates are fair and they are the only facility that I could find that has 4x4 units.

Very bad customer service. Just called to ask a simple question and was hung up on. Don’t know why they hire these type of people to run a business.
