U-Store Self Storage Rose Quarter

While I cannot attest to this facility's storage features, as I simply stopped in to try and get directions for another location in the area, what I can say is the on-site staff was extremely helpful, not only taking the time to provide hand-written directions, a cup of water, and even allowing me to charge my dead phone (hence the needed directions) for a bit. It was more than enough to make me at least willing to utilize their services the next time I need a storage option

I've had a really good experience with the service and frendliness of this place. You can pay over the phone. They take the time to be thourough with new customers- so it may take more time than you thought. Thanks Garrett for letting me finish dropping off at he last minutes of before closing. I was in a time-crunch when I first got the unit, but everything worked out- and the thouroghness makes me feel safer about my stuff being there for so long. Take the time to listen about properly using the elevator, before using. Good people working there.

Sign i. Get carts right there,,load in and you're good to go. It's older so there's a few quirks like an old freight elevator and bumpier concrete on ground floor, but parking is ample. Lots of different ramps to choose from for level of your vehicle.
