US60 Self & RV Storage

We have been renting a unit here for the a few months and have nothing but good things to say about this place . The property manager Sheila has taken excellent care of us since day one went above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. She even brought us cold bottled water while we were moving our stuff in , it was a super hot day . The property is well maintained and always clean bathrooms are always stocked and clean as well, I feel my stuff is in good hands at us60 , climate controlled units at a good price and they have not raised my rate so far like All the others do after a couple months and they have heavy duty carts available for use , love it . I recommend this place

From the very first interaction, she demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. What truly set her apart was her compassion and patience—qualities that are rare and deeply appreciated, especially during stressful situations. Sheila took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, carefully answered all of my questions, and ensured that I felt informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the entire process. She never rushed me and always approached each interaction with kindness, respect, and understanding. Her calm and reassuring presence made a significant difference and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a smooth and positive one. It is clear that Sheila takes great pride in her work and sincerely cares about the people she serves. She is an incredible asset to US60 Self Storage and a true example of excellent customer service. Because of her dedication and compassion, I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I am truly thankful for everything she did and have nothing but appreciation and admiration for her.

5 stars for cleanliness, location, and accessibility - especially regarding “special” 24 hour access for those of us with businesses who need it. I am forced to remove stars though over the recent change where only one shopping cart is available after 6pm and no access to the larger flat bed carts after that time. Also - with large flat bed carts now being kept in the front office only - how is this going to work for people when there is no one in the office? This is a poorly thought out change and extremely inconvenient. I now will have to buy my own to load in and out from this facility - please reconsider this change. Thanks.
