This is nuts. Im locked in and can't exit from this storage. I was able to enter, but the gate is not allowing me to exit, saying "no late exit" after using the same code I used to enter. I tried pressing the help button on the call box, tried to call the storage office, and left a voice mail with no answer. I had no choice but to call the police. It was the worst experience ever as I still had errands to run and work in the morning. Rent here at your own risk because the management is not that helpful or easy to communicate with.
