I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia at West Coast Self Storage, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Sylvia made the entire process seamless, explaining everything clearly and with a smile. The facility itself is spotless, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining a clean and organized space. Security is top-notch, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe and secure. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a reliable and welcoming storage solution. Sylvia truly makes the experience a 5-star one!

I just started the rental of a storage unit at this location, Customer service staff at the office was excellent and showed me all the important details I needed to know. Modern multi-story building and secure gated site with a covered loading bay that accommodates several users -- and large flatbed dollies are available for everyone's use. Storage unit itself was super clean with no smells. Would give it 5 stars if I hadn't smelled animal urine in the elevator -- accidents happen.

Have used West Coast self storage for about 3 years at two different Portland locations. It is clean and relatively easy to access. However, after having our cost increase by 110 percent I’m not sure of this is a company worth staying with long term. I started in a 5 x 5 unit for $30 a month with insurance on top for about $45 total. After about 4 months at that rate they will send you a notice that rent is increasing, mine went up to $69 insurance brining it to almost 90 a month: I’ve tried multiple times to contact them about ending my lease and it seems I have to just go in at this point. Sucks because it’s about 5 minutes from my house but I guess I’ll have to use the other business down the street.
