When I needed to get a second storage unit Caroline provided 5 star customer service. Whole process took less than 5 minutes. As for the facility, pretty much 5 stars. While it’s not the most competitively priced, the convenience of the location and the access hours make it worth it to me

I walked in with out an appointment to make an appointment and sadly didn’t get the manager‘s name, but she could not have been more helpful or accommodating within 20 minutes. I was out of there with a storage unit picked and ready to go! Super clean facility.

I wish I knew her name but the woman that set me up and showed me around was amazing. I spent my day there, unloading several trips of items, everything went super smooth. I would highly recommend.
