West Coast Self-Storage Santa Clara

I had a really great experience with the difficult and annoying job of self storage at this facility. In large part this has been due to Karen, the very excellent manager of the facility that makes the whole process a breeze. She worked with me through each step of the process and made it feel like I had a 5 star, hassle-free, professional experience. The facility was also clean and felt very safe. Elevators were large enough to make the move easy with bays that abutted the move area. My unit was as described and worked well for my needs. Overall, facility 5/5, exactly what I needed. Staff/manager (Karen) 1000/5, great experience, wonderful customer service, lovely person. Would likely use them again when I need storage. (This review is also posted in Yelp, this is on purpose.)

Omar was very helpful and make it easy to do the moved out and canceling my storage unit. I recommend Omar to anybody that I know to go use West Coast Self Storage because of how friendly and helpful Omar is with what you need for storage unit.

West Coast Storage not only has the best promo prices of the available units in the area, they have a professional and helpful staff. Johnny was patient and answered all the questions I had along the way. He was very personable and are transparent of future pricing The unit is CLEAN and the carts are in good condition.
