Westy Self Storage

I had a great experience with John, the director at the Fairfield location. He was so great and made the process of everything so easy. I feel safe storing my things here.The customer service here is amazing and I would highly recommend!

I used as many as three storage units over a three year time period and have nothing but very positive things to say about the Fairfield Westy’s. Staff is pleasant and helpful ; storage areas are always clean and well lit and I’ve always been comfortable with the security. When I looked at competitive companies 3 1/2 years ago, each had an issue. As we dealt with a planned construction project and then an unplanned project related to water damage Westy’s helped make stressful situations easier.

Can’t say enough great things! So clean, well-managed, well-maintained, and organized. The staff, Lindy and John, are incredibly friendly and helpful…even the restrooms are immaculate. I have spent a lot of time in the last couple of years organizing my mom’s things and so appreciated having such a comfortable and safe place to wade through all the belongings. Thank you, thank you, thank you Westy’s Fairfield!!!
