These fields preserve the path from a public quote to an aggregate release. Public downloads contain aggregate estimates and quality metrics unless the source license explicitly permits observation-level redistribution.

observation_id

Immutable SHA-256-derived observation identifier

observed_at

UTC timestamp when the public quote was retrieved

facility_id

Stable internal or provider facility identifier

source_url

Reviewed canonical HTTPS fetch target and the final public facility page containing the quote

facility_url_mapping

Content-addressed human-review record binding the snapshot facility to exactly one fetch target

source_domain

Website domain and source/operator classification

operator

Recorded facility operator when known

geography

Address, coordinates, state, county/FIPS, CBSA, and city when verified

unit_dimensions

Width, depth, square feet, and source size label

unit_features

Aggregate release fields

Every published geography and series includes the index level, period change, median, mean, quartiles, facility and observation counts, known-operator count, matched-product and matched-facility shares, unknown-operator share, missingness, operator concentration, 95% interval, method-validation artifact, quality grade, release status, and suppression reason when withheld.
