Policy v1.0.0

Version, revision, and correction policy

A citation must continue to resolve to the data and method it originally referenced. Historical releases therefore use self-canonical, content-addressed resources, overwrite-prevention checks, and external preservation; the latest-series URL never replaces their contents.

01

Collection close

Freeze source manifest, observation hashes, parser versions, robots results, exclusions, and benchmark vintage.

02

Preliminary release

Publish qualified aggregates, quality metrics, distributions, checksums, and a content-addressed release URL.

03

Three scheduled revisions

Late source corrections or matching improvements may update the latest vintage; every change is tabulated.

04

Final after 90 days

The vintage closes. Later factual correction creates a new version and a linked correction notice.

05

Methodology break

A material estimand or estimator change starts a new major methodology version with an overlap study when possible.

Current revision table

No numeric release exists, so there are no index revisions. The first published release will establish the content-addressed version chain and external archive record.
