Getting our moving pods today was super easy! Before we knew it, we had all four of them sitting in our driveway ready to load! Thank you!👌💯 UPDATE: after our four pods were loaded, we needed the PackRat team to come back sooner than we discussed to pick them up so that the new owners could move in. They moved some schedule items around and made it all happen by our 11 am deadline, and that made our new owners very happy!! Thanks for being flexible and for going the extra mile. Literally!!!

I’ve always had a great experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT. I’ve used them 3 times for cross country moves. They are always very prompt, responsive and willing to work with me when my plans change. The delivery drivers I’ve had have always been very friendly and professional when dropping off and picking up. Juan and Carrie are the best!

Our first pickup driver was EXCELLENT. This review isn’t about him. The female driver that delivered it refused to put the pod where we requested it. There is 50 feet on either side of where she was going to place the pod. She said she couldn’t fit her truck down the driveway. We have fit our motor home and trailer there. She said she couldn’t block the sidewalk and she couldn’t move the pod. All she had was blocks down. She could have repositioned and put the pod down where it was labeled.
