My experience was great! One of the managers Lorie is very kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and well lit. When you are there during store hours, they have a K cup coffee maker, ice cream packs, and bottled water; as well as a small conference room available for use. Outside of the physical store hours, when you are in the storage unit themselves past 10pm or 10:30pm you can get locked inside, so pay attention to the time. Also, there was a power outage causing one of elevators to lose power. Otherwise, it’s a great facility!

Great place great experience. Small issue after I booked my unit online but they took care of it. Secure place climate controlled. Very happy with my choice to use this place. The manager Laurie is an awesome person!!

I Would never recommend this place.they gave me the wrong access code.i been calling them since 8am they suppose to be open at 6am.i wasted my gas getting there and couln't get in.now they dont want to give me my refund back when i never moved my stuff.the place and the mangers are an joke.i will stick with u-haul from now on
