Just wanted to give public storage customer service representatives Reggie that works inside the building a review. I received some of the best customer service from him . I was trying to move my larger unit to a smaller unit and he walk me through all the steps and help make the process so much easier for me. He was very nice and very informative so if you looking to rent a storage unit make sure you ask for him

Online process Successful and flawless. No hassle and $1 for the 1st month is true. Even called Mr. Reggie and he delightful and helpful to speak to just to calm my anxiety since I did everything online and the process went so smooth so I called to make sure (Nothing wrong with double checking right?) and he assured me I did everything right and I was good to go. So if you looking to book a storage and don’t have to wait for front desk to service you, THIS IS THE PLACE 😄. 10/10

Yes Reggie was great, my information wasn’t completed but he got me together and was glad I didn’t have to make a trip for no reason. Reggie definitely save the day 😊
