Rented a new storage locker at Devon Self Storage. The general manager Jamila was my onboarding representative. She was professional, courteous, well informed, and gave me the VIP tour of the well kept and spotless facility. I highly recommend Devon Self Storage for your storage needs.

I had an excellent experience with Jamila at Devon Storage. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and informed. She called me multiple times—not in a pushy way, but in a genuinely caring way—to make sure all my questions were answered and that I understood every step of the process. The units are clean, spacious and climate controlled Jamila patiently showed me several storage units that matched both my needs and my budget. She was incredibly helpful, detailed, and courteous throughout the entire experience. She took the time to explain every clause in the contract and really put my mind at ease regarding the security and safety of the facility. What stood out the most was her follow-through. Even after everything was finalized, she emailed me to check in and make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with my choice. That level of customer service is rare these days. Jamila is truly an asset to Devon Storage—professional, kind, and very dedicated to her customers. I highly recommend working with her if you need storage solutions.

This is truly a hidden gem. Easy access, great customer service, lots of space for the dollar. My favorite is the loading dock, it’s allows for multiple people with various sized vehicles do what the need to do simultaneously. I came onsite to view different size in person, as different floors have different layouts. It helped more than I realize because they know the layout and availability far better than the online options show. All and all I’m happy Im renting a unit here.
