Honestly I'm a little sad to go. I think in this day and age I'm surprised whenever something works exactly how it seems like it should and this is definitely the case with this place. Prices are very reasonable, there's no crazy restrictions, no hidden fees, and the staff is always communicative and helpful. Case and point. The alley was being blocked off due to construction, however, they notified by email ahead of time that this would be happening so I could plan accordingly. Fortunately it didn't affect me at the time, but I appreciated them letting me know. Another example: I was about halfway through my moving process when their elevator went down. It was really unfortunate timing since I still had large items that I would've had to carry down two flights of stairs, which just wasn't feasible for me. I called them to discuss options. Zack was very understanding and presented me a few choices; I could tell he wanted to come up with a solution. He ended up hiring a couple movers that brought all my stuff down the stairs and then he personally helped me load it all into my car. I feel like any other business would give me "I'm so sorry, I know this is frustrating, there's just nothing we can do," but Zack actually went out of his way to help and make sure a solution was found. I really can't express how rare this is anymore. For something as simple as storage they really went above and beyond. Absolutely recommended.

This might be the only locally owned storage company in Denver! I did a lot of research and was nervous about the corporate companies, so I’m glad I found this place. I moved all of my furniture by myself, and the owner and one of the employees even helped me move some larger items.

Just went in at the last minute, in need of boxes and tape. Didn’t have exactly what I needed, but the clerk, Jennifer, was absolutely more than helpful. Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!
