The folks here are so accommodating they made everything very easy for renting a storage. They are quick to respond and I feel my belongings are very safe where they’re at. They are just all around, very helpful very kind And very professional!

I recently moved back to the Leander area and was in desperate need of a storage unit on a Saturday and after calling several locations unsuccessfully I came across 183 Storage. Thankfully the owner dropped what he was doing and came right over to help me. He was very easy going through out my entire stay. Anytime I had a question or needed anything he was always available over text or email and was always very nice! Very reasonably priced and located right off of 183 which makes it so easy to get to. Would recommend to anyone! Also wanted to mention that it is clean, spacious, and climate controlled. They also already have pest preventatives through out the entire location. Payment is simple and easy with several different options and emails are sent both to remind you of payment and with your receipt of payment! LOVED IT!

This is the best storage I have ever rented! The owner is very responsive and flexible! It’s an easy in and out storage with drive up access. If you need a storage that you can easily access without all the annoying extra paperwork rent here! You literally can go online, rent the one you want, and immediately have access. The paperwork is in the unit and you just drop it in the office box at your convenience! Oh, and you don’t have to buy their stupid lock. 👍😀
