Public Storage

The facility is very clean and well-maintained. This review however, is really about Tasha. Like Olga, her predecessor, Tasha has made the difference in my decision to continue storing my belongings at her location vs moving elsewhere. She has addressed my concerns with sensitivity and offered resolutions to assist me. Whomever has done the hiring and training for her location gets gold stars too!

Had a really good experience with this Public Storage location. Tasha was awesome and made getting into a unit super easy. She answered all my questions and got everything set up without any hassle. This place is clean, secure, and exactly what I needed. Also yes…I’m a real human leaving a real review lol. The no-reply email is just my alter ego (aka work email). Gotta love adulting

Public storage on Sonny Drive in Leander is awesome. Tasha has helped me twice and saved me time and trouble with my units. Hands down, these are good people!!!
