Extra Space Storage

If you’re expecting any customer service or transparency from this location, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. My monthly rate jumped from $247 to $315 with no prior notice. So what am I expected to do....move all of my stuff out of my 10x30 unit with a 1-2 day notice?!? On top of that, their app was slow to update, so the new amount didn’t even show up for several days. I checked the app every day for three days to make my payment and never saw the adjusted amount appear. I then had to leave on a business trip and got wrapped up with work. When I finally logged back in on my way home, I discovered a $62 late fee for being just one day late. When I called, the “General Manager” told me I’d had a six-day grace period, but refused to acknowledge that the first three days—when their own system wasn’t showing the updated price—were on me, not them. For context, I had previously paid four months in advance specifically to avoid issues like this. Then out of nowhere, my rate jumped by $68 with zero warning or communication. I don’t have a problem with Extra Space Storage as a company overall, but my experience with this particular location has been extremely disappointing. Between the lack of transparency, the surprise price increase, and the unwillingness to take responsibility, I CANNOT recommend this location to anyone.

Wonderful experience from my first phone call to the facility with Neona, to her warm greetings coming in! Neona was extremely patient, kind and very knowledgeable! Gave wonderful suggestions and over all was such a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation such a breeze! Also wanted to mention how clean the facility is/the property is very well kept!
