303 Self Storage - Monaco

I had an experience that I wasn't happy with, not the facility itself which is just fine (units are clean, seems secure, good location) but with a rapid price increase and hidden fee. After I complained, the owner's representative did contact me, said they have removed the hidden fee I complained about from all unit contracts as of the start of 2026, and they made a fair customer service gesture to keep me staying and satisfied. I can't give more than four stars since there was an issue that necessitated complaining to begin with, but they did fix it promptly.

Classic Bait and Switch operation. The units are clean and accessible, but the company charges for numerous things not specified in the contract, and walks back the charges if challenged. After two months they raised the rent by 20% with no justification. Truly despicable.

The property manager Angel was lovely. Storage is relatively cheap and great for my boyfriend as he does storm door replacements and needs a place to store old doors. Let us take apart storm doors on site to remove from storage unit. Overall a 10/10 experience. Angel was very kind and obviously curious about what we were doing as she heard a couple power tools(you cannot build things on site) but once we explained she was very understanding. Staff is super sweet.
