They will sell your stuff and tell you they tried to reach you. We had this on autopay. We certainly didn't stop the autopay. Now that it's winter and we need the equipment that was stored away for a year, we find out that they sold all of it! It was more than $20,000 of new equipment! Update: Please bring all the evidence to court and the money to reimburse me for the equipment. Please get better workers who actually call and email your customers, instead of those who are lazy and cannot do the bare minimum. Also, please get a better system that will actually charge your customers instead of a glitchy system that turns off autopay for no reason. We had our operating account tied to this bill, and we never had a balance that couldn't pay for a storage unit. We are a company operating in multiple states; we aren't your regular homeowner. Try to come up with a better business model that doesn't involve fraudulently stealing and selling things that aren't yours just to make a buck!

Best customer service I’ve received in a minute. Fast and easy process. They also have carts to help move your stuff in. No smell, fresh air conditioning sanitized areas. Met the owner, he was very friendly and funny. Highly recommended for anyone. $$ pretty affordable units worth it !
