New & clean storage in convenient location. Danny, the manager is so helpful. I gave him my measurements of furniture items and the unit he recommended was perfect! Very price competitive and an easily accessible property.

I cannot say great enough things about 865 Storage. I just graduated from UTK and needed a unit to store my furniture for the summer while I am working at an internship. I read through the reviews and landed on this one. It did not disappoint! For starters, they are locally owned. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's wife. Her customer service was beyond exceptional. She chatted with me, helped me set up the app (which can be used for quick access into the gate), and showed me where the unit was! She explained that the property is 24 hours and that they live close by, if I ever needed their assistance. To make this experience even better, she noticed that I was struggling moving a table by myself. Although they typically do not help moving things, she quickly jumped in to carry the table to my unit. Did I mention how clean the units are? Building B is brand new and SPOTLESS. All in all, I honestly could not recommend a better place to store items for short/long periods of time!

If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. Danny has taken care of my wife and i both since we started renting from him. We are very happy with our unit and the service is the best you'll get anywhere.
