A-1 Self Storage

Awesome company and a top notch self storage facility. So much better than the place I was with for many years and now I feel dumb for having not come here sooner. We worked with Kevin and he was great! He’s not only a nice and friendly guy, but very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys his job. The facility is impeccably clean and well maintained, very secure and has a lot more amenities than other storage places I’ve been to. I like that there’s someone on site 7-days a week, with the exception of major holidays.

I had a situation of being hit with multiple rent increases and when I was told of a second one for 2025 I grew frustrated with the company. The district manager reached out and heard me out and was able to offer a solution to the situation. She heard my concerns and offered explanation but most importantly treated me like a valued customer.

Sales associate Kevin was truly a breath of fresh air. What a wonderful man and a great conversationalist! The place is clean, very well organized and pricing is reasonable with some units having first month that free or 50% off. Will definitely choose this place again just because of the wonderful service.
