⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service from Christina Miranda at US Storage I cannot say enough great things about Christina Miranda at US Storage. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely welcomed and valued. She took the time to thoroughly show us the storage unit, answered every single question with patience, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. What truly stood out was her genuine kindness and professionalism. We actually shopped around at other storage facilities, but after comparing everything, we made the decision to come back to US Storage specifically because of Christina. Her customer service alone made the difference. Christina goes above and beyond to uphold excellent customer service values. She treats people with respect, listens carefully, and makes sure you feel confident in your decision. You can tell she truly cares about providing a great experience, not just making a sale. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who delivers this level of customer experience. Christina is a true asset to US Storage, and because of her, we are happy and confident in choosing this location.

Just a follow-up review, this is my second time here, the first day I came Christina and Phoenix were so pleasant, smiles on their face and real friendly. I came that day to pay the deposit on the unit that I had purchased, today is December 20th 2024, The time for me to clear out the unit is at 10:24 a.m.. I was on the way here I calculated about 45 minutes to clear out the unit, and it was 909 a.m. when I got a call from a person who didn't identify himself. The phone call went like this, I said hello, he said can I speak to so-and-so...... No good morning, my name is Alex with US storage centers in Alhambra, we were calling about the unit you purchased, just a reminder that you need to be off the premises at 10:24...... That's how it should have went instead he just demanded to speak to me, I told him I was on the way and he said you need to be off the premises at 10:24.... There was nothing friendly about the conversation, I actually thought it was the cops calling or something That's how invasive the conversation went. No greeting, no customer service, and to make matters worse when I came into the office I was greeted again by Christina, Alex was sitting right next to her, and didn't acknowledge me as a customer just ignored me completely... I told Christine, someone had called me and she said yeah it was Alex the guy that to the office. I explained how the phone call went, and we'll just leave it at that. I told her I was going to update the review, this person needs to be retrained. Furthermore now it's 10:16 a.m. I've been done with the unit for about 15 minutes, and no one is in the office, as I'm writing this review Alex just walked back in from a side door, well Christina's inspecting units. I don't think he should be fired, just retrained, or put in a position where he doesn't see people or interact with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE, CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE, WITHOUT US THERE IS NO YOU! And I left the five stars because, I don't want to damage the company's reputation for one bad apple, the rest of the staff are excellent.
