Jurii provided superb service, above and beyond! I forgot my key, and need to break the lock, according to the company SOP they need witness to break the lock, but he was alone and everyone else on vacation, he called each branch offices and look for someone that he can FaceTime to witness the process and he got it, he FaceTime someone from other branch to witness and it’s done, can’t thank enough for Jurii to think to help his customer he tried hard and though about FaceTime instead of asking me come for another days, thank you very much Jurii

Made a reservation online for a monthly parking spot and Jonathan gave me a call same day. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to get the reservation completed online. Check-in day was easy and whoever was working the front-desk was friendly and quick with processing the final paperwork. I appreciated his help when came outside during the summer day and offered to install the car cover. It's one of the few family-owned storage spaces remaining and the extra attention caring for their customers made me feel at ease and satisfied with my choice for a storage space.

I come today paid my monthly bill storage space, and Jay have a EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🙏💯🙏I'M SO GLAD Jay work for this Storage in Alhambra Ca, definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
