A Storage Place

Chris and his team are fantastic. They treat people fairly and provide safe, secure storage in a clean and well-maintained facility at a reasonable price - a rarity in this area! And if something does go wrong, they make every effort to make it right. This is third storage facility we have used in the FoCo/Loveland area and it's by far the best. Even though it's a bit farther away from our house than we wanted, it's worth it.

A Storage Place is absolutely a 5+ star business. The first impression made here was talking with Chris, he explained every aspect of the paperwork efficiently and was very patient with my accent. He made sure that I understood everything I was signing and answered every question I had in a friendly and personable way. Chris made sure I received my senior discount and worked around our schedule, the process was very quick and easy. Chris made sure to help me choose the right size unit that I needed and even put me on the schedule to use a box truck to move my things, for FREE! The next impression after signing everything was how clean this location is, the unit was swept out and very nice. The gate code even welcomes me every time which is a nice personal touch. The truck was clean and perfect for what I needed. Chris saved me so much money and provided excellent service! The location, price, and customer service here is above and beyond. You will struggle to find a better deal anywhere else, save yourself the hassle and go with Chris.

Great place. It's always immaculate and the gentleman at the counter is super helpful and friendly. I regularly see staff driving around taking care of things and they'll always throw you a smile and a wave.
