I reported the gate being broken on Sunday got a message it would be fixed but when I come today I find out that my storage room was broken in to and no one answers the damn phone not sure as other storages were open and ransacked as well

The worst storage units in the area. Ordered a unit over the phone and when I got there this was my unit.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. I was charged 30 a month initially then it went to 95 dollars without any notice once I was all moved in. They had me in the system in the wrong unit number so the unit I WAS in kept getting the lock cut off for "non payment" this went on for 6 months before it was corrected. That was after they almost put all my belonging up for auction. I never had a missed or even late payment. They cut my lock off 3 different times. I moved out and gave plenty of notice yet, I was still charged 95 dollars for another month. I told them to credit my account and they did not. My things would have been safer if I left them in my front yard.
