Luke was very helpful and kind for starters, customer service is 10/10. I was in between homes and staying with a family member while I waited for my new home to be ready and needed a unit to fit all my belongings in a pinch and the process was seamless and quick in renting a unit. In comparison to other outdoor units my unit and its contents stayed very clean and with VERY little dust and dirt inside. You’re able to text the phone number “open” to open the gate and you can do that remotely as well and I have! That was a huge convenience for me although I will say it didn’t always work unfortunately but when that happened I just used my unique gate code and that was fine. All in all a 10/10 experience! I want to sincerely thank Luke, the new manager, for his prompt and professional response after we reported the storage issue. Unfortunately, our unit was accessed and items were stolen, which was a very distressing situation. However, Luke handled everything with great professionalism and empathy. He guided us through the insurance claim process, was respectful and understanding throughout, and helped turn what started as a very negative experience into a much more positive one.
