Airlake Storage

Considering doing business with Airlake Storage of Lakeville? Think twice. At first, I was drawn in by the 4.7-star rating and positive customer reviews. However, I quickly realized that the high rating is misleading. Airlake Storage rented me a semi-truck parking space that was either unavailable or already occupied by other drivers. There are no clearly marked lines to designate individual parking spots, making it chaotic and disorganized. The south side of the lot is so narrow that parking a semi-truck with a trailer safely is nearly impossible. Despite reaching out to management multiple times via email and phone, I received no resolution. Instead, they expect drivers to figure out parking on their own and compete for space. Don't just take my word for it-try it for yourself if you're willing to take the risk. As for me, I requested a refund, but as of now, I have yet to receive it.
