U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lakeville

My experience at the Lakeville location this past weekend was amazing! I was super stressed about my move, and Leron went above and beyond to make everything easier. He took the time to explain how to use the tow dolly, made sure my vehicle was secured for a long distance move, and even helped with last minute changes for my drop off location. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from Leron and the entire team, they made a stressful day so much smoother!

5🌟Because the road was icy due to the snow, my truck's tires slipped and it was very difficult to back to dock. He found two helpers to clear the snow. He is a very careful person. Your help prevented me from getting into a big trouble.

Excellent staff. 26' truck was delivered, snow removed, and warmed up waiting for us on a very cold December morning (8am pickup). Check-in was easy, no pressure sales. They mention uhaul's insurance and accessories but they take "no thank you" professionally. Inside is clean including the units and bathrooms. They saw us come by to use the indoor loading dock and offered to back the truck up for us. We underestimated our loads and had to order another 20' truck at 1am for 7am pickup. Staff was on time and our truck was ready. Great employees
