All American Storage

Truly, All American Storage is the very best storage facility we have ever used. They have been storing our items for SEVEN years and we’ve only experienced TWO monthly rental increases. THAT is amazing! (In Colorado, our monthly prices increase every 3 months! It’s crazy.) The professionalism and very friendly service given by the staff is wonderful! They have been attentive and so very willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are satisfied customers. We are, and happy ones too. 😃 Thank you!!!

My 10x20 unit went from about $100 to $256 a month after 3mo reduced rate. I lost everything after 2 months late + fees racked up to $800. Base price for a 10x20 is about $100 so I think I was set up for failure. To clarify a friend rented the unit 351 and shared access with me and went to jail. Would not recommend.

Wife paid for the storage facility. We rented a truck to move items in and from the very first time we were not able to get the door open. We worked for over half an hour to get the door to open. We finally gave up and put the stuff back where it was originally stored. After contacting the facility we were told that we couldn't get the money back. We paid for a storage unit, couldn't get into the storage unit, and they wouldn't return the money because of their faulty door system. To me this tells me they basically stole a months rent. Do not go here, do not get ripped off like we did. We didn't even unload anything from the truck because we could not get into the storage unit we paid for. Instead of having a basic lock, they have this nonworking app and thumb print crap. Please, do not waste your time, go somewhere else and get a storage unit that you can access when you want to.... UPDATE...we did finally get a refund on the storage unit, but we were ineligible to get a refund for the truck we rented. Grateful for the refund, but was still a waste of time and money.
