Aaron did a great job. He was so helpful and even took the time out to switch me and a family member spot because it was bigger than the last spot they had available. He also put down for the next open spot that come up for my other car.He made me feel safe with leaving my vehicle here.

I love this storage facility! They are very customer service oriented and will assist you, the customer, with any issue pertaining to storing your belongings to the best of their ability. One early evening I stopped by to store some additional belongings of mine in my unit and I accidentally locked my keys in my van. I was so exhausted that day, so I had to call my insurance to check if I had that option on my policy, which I did but with a fee, of course, before the person that my insurance sent to assist me came, the people at Alpha Storage had unlocked my car and would not accept any money from me, they told me to pass it on to the next person who needs help. That is how they operate at Alpha Storage, with decency and compassion. I have used them several times and I have always left satisfied, but also like I made some new friends. The prices are fair and the customer service is golden. Now it isn't fancy and you have to wait for someone to bring you to your storage unit every time, but to be honest, the quality of the service outweighs any new conveniences other storage facilities have. It reminds me of how business was done back when I was younger. Alpha Storage cares about their clientele and they will help you to the best of their ability. You can't go wrong using their storage facility. The staff is exemplary! Always have time for a kind word and a little conversation. I would rate them 10 stars if there were 10 stars! 😁👍👍🏢👍😉

The customer service is really great. They don’t come off with a bad attitude or cold I don’t know everyone’s name, but I have been help by Terry and she’s a sweetheart, but everyone else who have helped me I can say the same as well. They have great prices and your things are protected, I do recommend this place
