American Mini Self Storage & Penske Truck Rental

I wanted to take a few moments to let you know about my experience as one of your customers. For the past four years, I have been a customer, and I could not have had better service than what I have experienced at American Mini Storage in Montgomery, Alabama. I maintain my unit from long distance. I have never had any problems. The prices are fair. Billing and payment have always been made by credit card. Each month I received a call from a staff member named Vivian, who reminded me of the payment and would spend time checking to see how I was doing. Vivian is definitely an asset to American Mini Storage because she has the ability to understand and feel what customers need and require. Thank you for maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional company.

This is my go to for my storage needs! Everyone should know by now that I'm a tell it like it is type.... Well this place is great. And Mrs. Vivian in the office is sweet and helpful. She has always tried to accommodate my needs, like when I noticed my unit leaking water, with no hesitation she found me another unit to go to. She has always been very nice and welcoming to me.

I am not a customer at this moment because we have closed out both storage accounts from moving, but I can say I've never had an experience at any other storage unit like I have at this one. Prices were decent and units were decent too. Who says you can't have a good relationship with your storage unit collector 😁 VIVIAN IS AWESOME! I absolutely love her and she was always understanding and so easy to talk to. I'm going to miss her for sure. If ever I need a storage unit back down that way it will definitely be American Mini Storage. Elizabeth
