Super late review but I need to write it. On September 5, 2025 I was scheduled to get a Budget Truck to move. However, that rental fell through. I had to scramble to find a new moving truck. I rented a U-Haul truck and American Storage was the pickup location. Upon looking the time I realized that I would not make it before they closed. I called and Gary answered and I explained my situation. He stated for me to just call when I arrived. Gary held true to his word and answered and help me get the truck. He made the process very quick and easy. He was extremely kind through the entire checkout process. The customer service I received was amazing. Thank you Gary for helping make my move stay on time.

Great experience. Robert was so accommodating. We were unsure of how our movers were going to unload a semi and he had not only a lot of options but a trouble shooting attitude. Together we worked on a plan and I felt truly valued. Great customer service and locally owned. Would wholeheartedly recommend without reservation. Wish all companies had this level of service.
