Heather and Scott are awesome! Very friendly and caring…they make you feel like family. The building is always clean and the bathrooms are spotless! They called me to let me know I didn’t secure my unit properly…I found out they routinely walk through the building, checking for problems and ensuring customers like me, lock their units up and inform them by phone or email if they find a problem. Job well done…Thanks Heather and Scott!

This is an excellent location on the island. They just opened a new indoor climate controlled two-story building that looks amazing! Outside units are well-maintained and the staff that runs the facility has been amazing for the last two years. Even during the construction access to our unit was never an issue. The gates are currently not closed due to the finishing of construction but anticipate they will be again shortly. When the gates are closed there 24 hour access is super easy. Our biggest concern about this location was flooding due to its close proximity to the ocean. We have weathered to hurricanes and not a drop of water has entered our outside unit. We are very pleased with the facility in management team. Prior to construction the back portion of the property had vehicle storage. I'm not sure if that will be offered once construction is completed.

This is the second time I've stored items at this location, and each time has been super easy and a breeze. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Whether you are a local to the area or from out of town, the staff will make you feel right at home and comfortable to store whatever you need to.
