Extra Space Storage

I have not moved in as I will be doing soon however when I called to get information to obtain storage the Gentleman who answered was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind! He made sure I understood so I needed to allow for the best purchase for myself. I’m kicking myself as I forgetting his name in this moment but I want to say it was Andy or Randy of I’m upset I do not remember. But he was WONDERFUL. Later I received a welcoming call from Julian the site manager to make sure I was set up and had no questions. So far a great experience with this company I look forward for this to continue.

Julian was so helpful! He guided us through the sign up process and gave us a personal tour so we could see our prospective unit. This is our second experience with Extra Space - their buildings are always clean and secure. I highly recommend Julian and Extra Space Storage.

Today my wife and I signed up for a new storage unit at Extra Space Storage. Beautiful, spotless faculty. Thank you Julian for helping us sign up - you were so helpful! We highly recommend Extra Space and Julian!
