America Warehouse LLC runs a solid operation. The staff are professional, easy to work with, and they keep things moving without a lot of hassle. Communication is clear and direct, and I appreciate that they actually follow through on what they say. The warehouse is organized, orders are handled on time, and the whole process feels straightforward compared to a lot of other places. If you’re looking for reliability and people who know how to get the job done, they’re a company worth working with.

I will cancel my U-Haul reservation before I will ever utilize these guys. They have the absolute WORST customer service I have experienced In any platform. They don’t provide help. Instead, the direct you to Google. How’s that for customer service? AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I had an absolute terrible experience with American Mini Warehouses LLC while trying to pick up a U-Haul I had reserved well in advance. To preface: I booked a U-Haul on June 26th for July 12th at 10:00 AM. I informed U-Haul that I wouldn’t be able to arrive until 11:00 AM, and the rep (U-Haul Rep) assured me that this would be fine. I made sure to sell call American Mini Warehouses the day before and left a voicemail to confirm this. On the 12th, I arrived early at 10:30 AM but couldn’t locate the truck or keys. I approached the main building where I was greeted by two large dogs barking and jumping at the door, which was locked & nobody was there to help. I then called the number provided by U-Haul, which connected me to someone at Mini Warehouses. The person who answered sounded younger and immediately took a rude, dismissive tone after I explained the situation. I told them I was having an hard time located the truck and keys asked for guidance. His response: “Since you’re 30 minutes late, you’ll have to go through the app instead.” I explained I had already called ahead to adjust the time, and he doubled down with, “Like I said, go through the app.” Okay - sorry man, I get that there was some miscommunication but let’s treat one another with some basic respect. I checked the U-Haul app but didn’t see anything helpful, so I politely asked, “Where can I find it?” His response? “I don’t know what to tell you—it’s on the app. Google it if you can’t find it.” I replied, “Come on man, I’m just asking for a little help here”, trying to keep things civil despite the tone (although growing harder). He then mocked me by repeating “Come on man…” in a sarcastic tone—and promptly hung up on me. Shortly after I called U-Haul customer service right after, and they were incredibly helpful. Turns out the pickup hadn’t even been set up correctly on the Mini Warehouses side, which is why I couldn’t access the truck at all. So not only was I being treated like I was doing something wrong — but it was their mistake the entire time. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is not uncommon at this location. Rather than own up to errors, the owner seems to respond to criticism by shifting blame to customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.
