My husband and I recently rented a unit to house a lot of furniture from the nearby Restore as we wait to move in a few weeks. Josh and Shella were such a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly warm and patient, especially as we were folks who never wanted a storage unit before. Not once did we feel bad or judged that we didn't know the procedure ❤️ My husband and I are queer and somewhat presenting as such, yet that didn't affect how they treated us in the least. In Charlotte, that's sometimes hard to find. Josh and Shella treated us with the warmness that you'd typically find only in small towns, like the Southern towns were from. This was a nice surprise in such a metro city. I can't speak more highly of them; they're such kind people. Thank you Josh and Shella :) As for hardware, the units are as expected and very secure (multiple codes needed to get to your unit). There's a public (very clean) bathroom in the front lobby, along with a small selection of purchasable goods you may need for your storage project and free refreshments when you need a moving break.
