I had a great experience with the managers at this storage facility. They were extremely helpful. They took the time to explain a specific situation clearly and worked with me to resolve the issue quickly. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and how fast they helped fix everything. Great customer service like that goes a long way!

A unit booked before I signed the lease so I accidentally booked two units online. Tia called me back immediately and fixed everything, she helped me switch out the key lock for a combination lock and get everything set up. It was nice to speak with someone who was attentive, knew how to solve problems, and worked quickly to get me on track (all while she was working on a holiday). Thank you Tia.
