When making my reservation for a truck online, I requested 2 dollies, declined any additional vehicle protection coverage and was quoted a total of around $38 before mileage and tax. When I came in to get the truck, there were no dollies (unsure if thats because the location ran out of them, or just doesn't have any) Regardless, I shouldn't be able to reserve them online if they aren't going to be available at the time of pick-up. In addition, the service rep at this location snuck in the $15 vehicle protection coverage despite me declining the coverage when making the reservation. What is the point of asking me the questions regarding reservation of dollies, moving equipment, and vehicle protection coverage if literally nothing I selected or requested ends up being part of the final transaction. When contacting the service rep after realizing I didn't get any dollies (I assumed they were in the truck) and paid over $70 before the full mileage cost, I was told "once the payment has been processed and the truck has left the lot, I cannot do anything about that." So what was supposed to be a relatively cheap means for me to move some furniture ended up costing me over $100 since I had to drive the uhaul truck to a different location in order to get the dollies that I had initially requested. Bad experience overall, would send people to another company or just recommend they pay a moving company before renting a Uhaul here.

I could not have been more satisfied. Elizabeth, very helpful lady, was very knowledgeable & professional. Rental truck was clean & problem free. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Never rented a uhaul before, and it was a pretty smooth process. The lady working was so sweet, and was very friendly. I will definitely be returning here for any uhaul needs.
