Arena Self-Storage

There is no on site office or manager. The phone number on the door is inactive. The lady I texted, gave me (and others) a non-existent address to send the rent to. There are leaks in the roof. The key they gave me doesn't work. The security is non-existent. If I could, I'd give no stars.

This place is super prime for 100 possible integrations into the fiber of what is so cool about Columbus. Word is they are considering hosting events, shows, food trucks etc..cant wait!

Horrible company, and poor management who have no clue what they are doing (and how hard is it to manage a storage facility?). You're far better off paying twice as much than dealing with people who have no brain capacity to handle basic tours, sign ups, monthly payments, maintenance; and they treat their customers like crap. Stay far away.
