Atlanta Storage

If I could give negative stars I would..items have been stolen out of storage and nobody seems to care..what’s the point of paying for this place if items are going to end of missing. The storage insurance claims it is not the storage’s fault because the chicken wire was cut from my unit which I didn’t do because they are no security cameras.. like how is this even a business.I suggest others find a storage trustworthy before your items become missing too.

BE WARNED! I like so many other reviews wish there was a way to give this place a negative star rating. Please as a consumer with SO MANY options for storage and Uhaul rentals-DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. After having a reservation, we have now been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for an employee to show up so that we can get the keys to our U-Haul truck. With the minutes ticking annd wasting away at our “moving window”, not having any way to get something we paid for, and with no way to reach any staff-this is absolutely unacceptable.

This storage place is close to west end and metropolitan! I really like the rates and how easy it is to load with the docks. The elevator and carts are huge help! Dion and his customer service made the experience even better. If you want a cool affordable storage this is the place. #lsswirlapproved #sswirlworld
