James was awesome! He was very friendly when I moved out! Great customer service is what creates repeat customers and attracts new ones! I would definitely recommend this particular Atlantic Self Storage on Atlantic Blvd.!

This company claims they’re a “family company” and they proved it today. Thank you so much to Nathan in corporate & James in the office. I thought I was going to lose my storage unit but they are working with me to save it. Just when you think they can't do anything else to help, they go above & beyond & make things even better. They really made my family smile today. Always good to get good news in times like these. Thanks again.

Absolutely LOVE SOPHIA!!!!! 🫶🏻 What an OUTSTANDING customer service experience!!! My lease is ending next month. I have to move into a furnished house. I was really panicking about being able to afford rent and a storage. I was so discouraged when I called by the time I hung up with this lady let me tell you I will absolutely not even consider calling To even get an estimate because by the time we were done with the call, I felt so much weight lifted off of my shoulders!!! Now I can move with confidence and continue with my journey, knowing that there’s a good woman out there that actually cares about me and what I’m going through! I highly recommend if you want good customer service and you don’t wanna pay an arm and a leg. You might wanna call here because the prices I got before we double this trust me !!
