Four stars because front desk / management people like Yulliana M provide excellent customer service! After meeting the attendants at the Powers location I did not regret having to drive back to the University location where I preferred the unit. I was looking for climate controlled storage and I found a well lit and clean unit. The elevator is ample enough for the oversized trolleys. The trolleys are very helpful. I was a bit disappointed for the overall warm temperature inside the entire facility. I am concerned my belonging may be at risk due to the warmer than expected temperature. Let me tell you I enjoyed the goodies included at the initial visit to signup. LED handheld lantern, lock and keys, moisture / humidity trap and a clear plastic tarp. It has been great beginning for my experience.

I have referred several people to Atlantic Self Storage and they received excellent service from Wendy. Each said she was very thorough in explaining products and services and went beyond the normal customer service usually offered. They said she was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Atlantic Self Storage and Wendy!

Not! Great customer service. 6/22/25 at 3:52pm. If ignoring a customer after the customer rang your ring doorbell, you ognore it and try to skate out of the side door of the office is considered good customer service, then this company is in a world of hurt. Ms. Wendy kept walking after she saw me standing by the office door. If I didn't try to get her attention, she would've walked to her car and not say a word. The fact that your office is closed on Sundays is not an excuse to ignore a customer. If you are there, be professional, be present, own the business. She totally blew me off, telling me that they were closed. After I acknowledged that, all I wanted to do was for her to verify if I was punching in the codes correctly. Again, she made me feel like I was stealing a puppy. And of course, I didn't get into the facility. Just own the business. It's a lot easier. Remember that this is a repeat customer industry, and word of mouth travels far.
