Ballpark Self Storage

I have been storing my items at Ballpark Self-Storage downtown for 2 years now and have moved my storage unit a couple of times to downsize. The staff has always been there to offer help in finding a solution that will work best for my specific needs, even if it took some time to find a resolution. The manager, Maria, has helped me numerous times over the phone and in-person on the grounds, providing excellent customer service to everyone she encounters. Her leadership extends through the work of the staff, especially Anna, who's also helped me patiently numerous times over these past months. I really appreciate all of the help figuring out a solution for my special needs. Thank you ladies for helping things go smoothly and with no confusion or discrepancies along the way. It really made a big difference for my partner and during the move again yesterday, thank you!

Really nice 10x15 unit with great light, clean and secure at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful managers. I had an issue with the lighting and it was immediately corrected.

Maria and the team are the best in the business! Always fast and easy in and out and the customer service is always great! Reasonable prices and usually easy parking (for being downtown) Highly recommend for your small and large storage needs
