I was not informed that there was a severe rat infestation before I moved my things into the unit, and there's hundreds of rats. Also, I was unable to make my payment due to severe illness and having gotten hit by a car, and since I'm on a fixed income, I am perpetually a month behind now. Rather than being at all understanding or trying to help me in anyway shape or form, this company has been threatening to sell my unit , and they've begun locking me out a full four days before my ten day grace period ends, so now instead of 14 days of being able to access my unit, I am lucky to get 8 or 9 days every month. Don't rent here at all costs

They are patient and they were nice they had a storage and clean one out for me to take thay was more convenient for me
